FF Opening

Last night the TriCity Potters' show "Fantastic Feast" opened at Port Moody Arts Centre. There was a good crowd, with lots of potters of course, and a good crop of Port Moody Arts supporters. It's probably a good thing the rain's returned today. When the sun makes its rare appearances it's too tempting to spend hours outside. Making plaster moulds with Kay Bonathan

Last Wednesday executive member Kay Bonathan demonstrated how to make a simple two-piece plaster mould to members of TriCity Potters. Her fellow JingdeZhen attendees Carlene Akester, Hannah Chan, Grace Siu and Eliza Wang helped her by lending some of their moulds. Carlene helped Kay to bring in buckets, plaster and a plastic sheet.
